Do I have to include opt-out wording like reply STOP in my text messages?

Yes. Include opt-out wording in the first message you send someone, for example reply STOP to cancel. You control that wording in the workflow when you set up the SMS step.

When someone replies STOP or END, the system will not let you message them again.
